Attached you will find the HBRF Resident Packet for 2022. Please distribute this to your work crews and have them email them back to me with their contact information.

If you haven't already, please update the shared sheet including supervisor contact information and links to each home institution’s policies on COVID-19 safety and workplace safety, inclusion, harassment and anti-racism which you will find on page 4.

I will also be hosting a Zoom meeting on Thursday April 28th. Zoom link to follow. This is for everyone who is staying with us to make clear of our community standards and also to answer any questions they may have. There will be a second meeting in May for anyone who cannot make this one, date TBD.

One last thing. I will be on vacation (WOOHOO!!!) from April 1st to April 22nd. I will answer some emails if they are very important.

It's that time of year again to send your housing requests for this coming field season. I hope to be up and running at 100% this year, but as we have learned, the future is untold. So if you could send your best and worst case scenarios again to me this year and I'll do my best to plan for both.

Last year I was able to accommodate nearly all housing requests. Since we clearly are yet to be out of the woods, vaccinated or not, there have been many break through Covid-19 cases in the area and I want to make sure we are ready for anything.

I will also provide housing costs to you sooner than later. Anticipate a reasonable increase to housing costs as expenses have increased.
