[HubbardBrook] Survey for Hubbard Brook Cooperators' Meeting and Quarterly Project Meeting

Good afternoon, Hubbard Brook.

I'm writing to gently nudge those who attended the July HB Cooperators'
Meeting and/or Quarterly Project Meeting to take the participant feedback
survey:

So far, we've received 25 responses, and there were more than 100 in-person
attendees.  A good response to the survey helps to ensure that results
accurately reflect the community.
