In this 2-hour workshop, Kristen Weiss (LNO) and Cora Johnston (Virginia
Coast Reserve LTER) will guide discussion and activities that explore how
to develop pre-orientation videos that orient students, and potentially
their families, to the realities of station life and fieldwork associated
with our programs. We will combine inclusivity and field safety
considerations with DIY video creation guidance from The Virtual Field
(OBFS) and LTER.
