[HubbardBrook] Call for Submissions: July Hubbard Brook Monthly *NEW SECTION*

Dear all,

We're introducing a new section to the Hubbard Brook Monthly this month! If
you'd like to thank or express appreciation for a Hubbard Brook colleague,
student, or staff member for going above and beyond, working on something
interesting, helping you out, etc. etc., you can now do so in the "Shout
Outs" section. Simply send a sentence or two about why you'd like to give
this person a shout out.

The next issue will go out on *Monday, August 2*. If you have an item you’d
like to see included and have not already sent it to me, please do so no
later than *Friday, July 30*.

As a heads up, I will be traveling until July 30—when you submit an item,
you will receive an automatic reply from me. I will make sure to go through
everything that comes in while I'm away.

The other sections will appear as usual:

   - *Recent Publications*: papers published online during the month of
   July 2021
   - *Hubbard Brook in the News*: recent news coverage related
   to Hubbard Brook
   - *Outreach and Education*: recent public lectures, outreach events, or
   educational materials
   - *DEI Committee Updates*: news from Hubbard Brook's diversity, equity,
   inclusion, and anti-racism committee
   - *New or Proposed Research*: announcements or updates about new or
   proposed research
   - *Save the Date*: upcoming events
   - *Announcements*: any other announcements
