[HubbardBrook] HBRF Housing update

Hello everyone,

Based on NH's 'Stay at Home 2.0' per Governor Sununu, all NH lodging
accommodations are to remain closed to non-essential visitors.  Out of
state visitors, i.e. second home owners, are asked to quarantine for 14
days after their arrival.  HBRF is unable to provide housing for research
at this time.
