Dear Hubbard Brook LTER colleagues:

 As you know, the LTER Mid-Term Review is coming up on June 3-5.  The
schedule for the review is attached.  This note is to clarify participation
in the various parts of the review.  All events will be in the Pierce
Laboratory.

*Mid-Term Review presenters* should plan to attend the run-through on
Sunday, June 2 from 2 PM to 8 PM.  We will bring in dinner.

 *HBR-LTER co-PIs, postdocs, grad students, HBRF staff, and USFS staff*
 are requested to attend morning sessions and lunches on Monday and
Tuesday, the Monday night dinner, and the Tuesday afternoon General
Discussion session.  The report-back from the review committee will be on
Wednesday sometime near noon—you can stay for this if you would like.

 *Postdocs and grad students* are also requested to present a poster on
their work at the poster session on Tuesday from 2:30-4:00 PM.  The Review
Committee may also wish to meet with you as a group at that time.

 *Undergrads and field crews* are invited to attend the project dinner on
Monday evening.

 *Institutional administrators* (Chris Woodall, Josh Ginsberg, Peter
Martin) will meet with the Review Committee on Tuesday at 1:00 PM.

 *The Scientific Coordinating Committee* will meet with the Review
Committee on Tuesday at 1:30 PM.

 The field trip on Monday afternoon is limited to field trip presenters
only.

summer please indicate on the form how many will be attending the Monday
