[HubbardBrook] Annual Meeting

Hello everyone, I just wanted to mention a few things before the annual meetings next week.
We have 170 registered attendees for the meetings. This means we will need folks to park in the lower field where we set up parking. Please park in the field to allow people that may have difficulty walking to park closer to the building.
The conference room only holds about 130 so we will have a tent outside on the patio with a live stream of the meetings in it. The microphone for the live stream is in the back of the conference room so please be quiet in that area.
We look forward to having everyone here. Hopefully the weather forecast is correct and we have a great week. Ian
