1:00 LTER proposal: Presentation of research ideas by COS scientists
(details to follow—please communicate with Peter and Gary about your ideas if you haven’t already)
5:30 reception and dinner (traditionally pizza, beer, and ice cream)

Wednesday, Jan 7
8:00  continental breakfast (coffee, bagels, fruit, juice)
8:30 LTER proposal: Breakout groups to discuss research in focal areas
12:00 lunch (provided)  (IOC meets during lunch)
1:00 Other COS topics
Best Practices in Long-Term Ecological Records (John B. and John C.)
Archive priorities and possible solutions (Linda Pardo)
Top 10 findings for the web site (and for the LTER proposal)
Changes to the format of the Cooperators meeting (Ivan, Pam, Ruth)
Other announcements, reports, and ideas for future meetings
