[Crater-team] No new CRaTER pipeline output until next week

CRaTER folks,

Goddard will not be sending complete daily file sets until next week, so 
the CRaTER pipeline will not generate any more output until then.  For 
now the processed data ends with DOY 319 (Nov. 15).
