Hi,
I have not been able to get Trillian to boot up, even though we don’t have a support contract with CRAY I opened a case with them and hope they will give me clue on what to try next.

Hello Mark,
I am sure that this subject heading is not your favorite to read, but when I ssh into trillian I recieve this message,
'kex_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer'.
Am I doing something wrong? I noticed prior to this (yesterday) that only one submitted file was running (mine), but every other one was queued. Any thoughts?
