Does not look like the que are working this morning, found the pbs logs also reporting too many open files. Will be reboot trillian this morning.

Doug,

 

The alps process reached it max open file limits again. I changed to 10,000 for now but I believe only a deletion of all jobs in the qstat have to be removed and a reboot of trillian to really fix the issue.

Mark,

I noticed that trillian is having the "hold" problem again.

I qdel'd a few jobs this morning before the problem appeared. Is it possible that that could trigger the problem? Perhaps it doesn't clean up properly? Just spitballing...
