[Trillian-users] trillian restart scheduler

Hi,

Newly submitted jobs on trillian go into an immediate hold state. The logs reported too many open files and even after increasing the limits the jobs have not started. 
I will be restarting the PBS and aps service on trillian at 9:30am, this will kill any running jobs.
