[Trillian-users] Trillian Down?

Hi,

 

It should be up shortly, there was unscheduled maintenance on the backup
chilling unit on the roof and when they tried to switch us back to the
Phillbrook chiller plant the primary valve did not budge, so we had no
chilled water flow for over 20 minutes.

That is enough time for the Cray to overheat and shut itself down.

I'm getting no response when I ping trillian, is it down or is this a
networking issue?
