SHINE 2019 workshop is about to start!

Please note some important updates:

Logistics:

  1.   3.  Ground transportation will be provided for all participants from Hotel/UCAR (round trips). NOTE that the bus is for 40 people, first come-first served. So, plan your mornings/evenings with extra-time. For those with rental cars both the Hotel and UCAR offer complimentary parking.
  4.  SHINE Registration: Registration desk will be open at the Millennium from 4:00-6:00pm on Sunday and rest of the week at UCAR. SHINE will go paperless (no more folders with schedules) - only paper name tags.  All schedules will be online and will be posted daily on front of each meeting room (a few copies will be available on the registration table).

Scientific content:

  1.  Sessions descriptions, abstracts and schedules are updated and available in the web. Don’t miss anything! If you are organizing a session, don’t forget to send us the 1-page summary of the session for the first day.
  2.  20 YEARS of SHINE!! This is a big milestone in our community and this is the main reason for our return to Boulder. We will celebrate it with two activities. On Monday, during the reception, we will play a BINGO game. Be ready to answer all the questions! On Thursday, we will enjoy a panel with some of the key-people responsible for initiating a successful SHINE workshop. Bring questions, thoughts, anecdotes …. You are also a key-person!
