SHINE 2018 – Town Hall Session Reminder:  <>Call for Community Input:  <>What’s Next for Space & Heliospheric Physics: Preparing for the Upcoming Decadal Surveys <>

We are inviting participants of the upcoming SHINE meeting in in Cocoa Beach, Florida to submit science ideas for the town hall, very similar to the one at TESS, on:

“What’s Next for Space & Heliospheric Physics: Preparing for the Upcoming Decadal Surveys”

by sending an email to shinetownhall at gmail.com <mailto:shinetownhall at gmail.com> by Sunday, July 29. The format will be one slide per idea and 2 minutes to present. Representatives from NSF and NASA/Heliophysics will participate in the town-hall.

The Town Hall will be held Monday, July 30 from 11:15 AM-12:30 PM.

The DRAFT Agenda for the Town Hall is:

11:15 – 11:25     The Decadal Survey Process: ‘lessons learned’ (CSSP Representative)
11:25 – 11:35   NSF and the A&A, S&SP Decadal (NSF representative)
11:35 – 11:45   NASA/Heliophysics and the S&SP Decadal (NASA Heliophysics representative)
11:45 – 12:15     Community input
12:15 – 12:30     Conclusions and future directions
