[Shine-participants] NSF SHINE Solicitation delayed

Dear SHINE participants,

Ilia Roussev is notifying the SHINE community that NSF’s SHINE solicitation is currently being revised, and an updated version will be posted soon (within 45 days). 

The original deadline for proposals to NSF’s SHINE program was August 19 (next week). This deadline is being moved — the new deadline will be 90 days after the new SHINE solicitation is posted.
