[Shine-participants] SHINE 2015 registration now open

Dear all,

The registration for the 2015 SHINE workshop is now open. SHINE will take place from July 6th to 10th (student day July 5th) in Stowe, Vermont at the Stoweflake resort (http://www.stoweflake.com ). The scientific program (15 sessions) and details about the registration and abstract submission processes are listed in the SHINE website ( http://shinecon.org/CurrentMeeting.php ). The hotel reservation should be done by calling the hotel directly at 802-253-6858 and the rate of $129+ taxes can be obtained by mentioning that the reservation is for the SHINE workshop. Deadline for hotel reservation and early-bid registrations are May 31st. A hotel reservation form which can be mailed, emailed or faxed to the hotel will be put online shortly. 

The deadline for student support request is April 24th. Students in solar-heliospheric physics should use the following link to apply for financial support: http://shinecon.org/pages/StudFinSupAppSub.php

This year, the registration fee includes one poster per person; extra posters can be presented for a fee of $50 per additional poster. Abstract submission deadline is June 15th.

Early-bid registration ($425) deadline: May 31st - extra fee of $50 afterwards
