The mysql DB restore seems to have worked.  That database now starts and appears to be running correctly.

We have found "the next issue", which is very likely the root of the problem.  A certificate expired on 5/8/22.  We are now looking into updating the expired cert and getting it propagated  to the node/images it needs to be located on.

This work is very likely to take us into this evening, because we need to review a number of documents to ensure we update things correctly.
