[premise-users] Premise Down Time Starting July 27th

Premise will be unavailable for 2 to 3 days starting July 27th for system
updates and high speed network reconfiguration. As part of the updates, all running jobs will be terminated and the slurm queues will be cleared. Please plan accordingly.
