[Nessc] Reminder: plasma turbulence meeting on Monday (10/28)

Hello everyone,

Just a reminder that the upcoming NESSC meeting on Turbulence in
Laboratory, Heliospheric, and Astrophysical Plasmas is on Monday (10/28).
The meeting will be held in Phillips Auditorium at the Harvard-Smithsonian
Center for Astrophysics which is at 60 Garden Street in Cambridge, MA.
Refreshments will be provided at a variety of Reynolds numbers.
