Looking at the V002 ATS, see the commands are in the correct sequence. The timing for the perigee commands housekeeping and the cat bed heaters are under the 5 minute requirement.

We're still working the timing issues due to various products being derived from different forecast OEFs and/or predictive files and I think we won't have time to fix that and have the ATS approved before the second perigee contact tomorrow.
So I guess we'll uplink the 660 ATS during the apogee contact on Aug 25 or next perigee on Aug 30-31. It's good that we have margin built into our process.
It's not what I'd hoped for because I'd like things not to back up given that I'm traveling from Thursday onward for a couple of weeks. But it is what it is.
I'd like folks to think about the root cause of this problem so we can discuss and figure out how to avoid similar issues in the future.
