All,

   The spacecraft is nominal. The inertial maneuver was successful. I was unable to dump the SSR or uplink the Orbit 629 ATS. The first contact USHI02 was canceled due to an issue at the tracking station. The second contact USAK01, we had a very low receiver signal strength. The data kept dropping out during the contact. The AGC stayed between -122 & -121. I was able to extend the contact on Nov 23 to 2 hours. The contact is scheduled for a 320k downlink.
