Due to an unexpected issue with one of the LEOP missions SSC is supporting, there had been a new LEOP request provided. It placed the following previously scheduled contact into conflict and was no longer available for the IBEX program.
Unfortunately for this orbit there was a short window for the high data rate. This data will be dumped on the orbit 614 perigee contacts. The contact will be extended to support a 2 orbit SSR dump.
