All,

   The perigee contacts were nominal. The inertial maneuver was successful. The SSR was dumped and Orbit 595 ATS was uplinked. During the contact we noticed that the EPS HMlog count was incrementing at a steady rate. This is currently under investigation and a razor has been opened to track it.
