All,

The spacecraft is nominal, and the inertial maneuver was successful. The ATS for orbit #565 was uplinked. The SSR was dumped. We had an issue with the Alaska ground station. At AOS we were unable to lockup on the downlink. SSC NMC Decided to fail over to the backup baseband string. We were able to receive the SOH telemetry. But they did not configure for tracking data. So, there will not be any valid tracking data for the Alaska support. SSC Problem Report # 15670
