All,

    The spacecraft was nominal. The sun maneuver was successful. During the contact the receiver AGC was right on the edge of lock. For tracking you might see a few dropouts were the downlink signal

Changed between a coherent and non-coherent signal. I was able to set the static Z rate and reset the FDC Totals. The rate was changed from 4.173 -> 4.179
