All,

   The spacecraft is in contingency mode due to a failed inertial maneuver @10/10/21 19:30:00.  I had to blind acq the contact @ 10/11/21 08:00:00. The spacecraft was in contingency mode. The ACS was still in low rate. The maneuver failed to setup correctly due to a low star tracker percent valid. At AOS it was between 42 and 47%. I turned off the cat bed heaters and zeroed out the timed cycle counter. The flight computer back orbit buffer was re-enabled. I verified power control was in current mode and the heater set points were still set correctly. Plan for recovery should take place this afternoon once recovery contacts are scheduled and confirmed.   

The SSR for orbit 543 was dumped on the Oct 10 contact. The ATS’s for orbit 544 and the orbit 544 HGC ATS will need to be reloaded.
