All,

   The SSC contacts were nominal for CMD & TLM. The inertial maneuver was successful. APL reported seeing a variation in signal strength of 10db. They reported seeing several dropouts during the VC2 dump. The Orbit #538 ATS was uplinked. The spacecraft clock was set and the FDC totals were reset. The 18 day timer was reset.
