All,

   The apogee contact was nominal for CMD & TLM. We had a good receiver signal strength of -113 and a solid Eb/No of 20.15 –> 21.36. I was able to command the downlink to 40k. The sun maneuver was successful. The star tracker percent valid was still at zero. So I was not able to set the Static Z rate.
