All,

   Tonight’s apogee pass was not nominal. The AGC was just around -122 to -121. We kept seeing data drop outs as the receiver would unlock. I was able to verify the inertial maneuver was successful and that we had another star tracker reset. I was able to reset the latch values for the tracker reset. Although it did take a couple tries to get the commands on board. The last sample of data that I saw was @00:45:00. Then @00:49:00 I asked SSC to bring down the carrier and terminate all tracking support.
