Hi Tim. Moving the orbit 510 load to the perigee passes to accommodate the orbit 509 LGC is fine. But I am concerned about the constraint violation message due to the eclipse:

IBX-CLC-015: Battery charge falls below minimum from 2020/12/06 18:30:00 UTC -
2020/12/15 23:32:00 UTC. Lowest charge level is 0.000000
             watt-minutes during this interval.
I am assuming that this violation is because of the eclipse. I am not sure why the duration is the length of the orbit.

Do you think this is an MPS problem?

FYI
2020/12/0618:30:00 UTC is the time of the @ECT_SetLongEclipseFlag FALSE command at the end of orbit 509.
And 2020/12/15 23:32:00 UTC is the time of the last command (@ECT_SetRelay stx,off) in orbit 510.

Thanks,
Nigel

All,

Please note the following:
1.       Please note that I am moving out the date for sign off to the perigee passes. I plan to uplink the Orbit 509 LGC ATS during the apogee pass on Nov 22.

2.       The Apogee pass had to be changed. With the new ephemeris the original view period disappeared

  1. I generated 3 separate ATS files BUS, INST and a complete file. The BUS and INST will be the files to be uplinked. The complete ATS, I used as a sanity check to see how the commands lined up. Since we are in a new phase of ATS generation. IF you have any ideas of doing this differently, let me know.

  1. The 3 ATS files have been changed to word files and encrypted. I will send out another email with the password. The files that have been transferred via MFT have not been encrypted and are still text files.

  1. I moved the 2 House Keeping commands from the INST ATS to the BUS ATS. I commented out the 2 commands in the INST ATS. If for some reason we were unable to uplink the INST Commands for this orbit, we would have been in the wrong spacecraft state for executing the maneuver commands.

IBX-CLC-006: Planned transmission at 2020/12/15 10:28:00 UTC - 2020/12/15
12:02:00 UTC exceeds the maximum contiguous transmission time of
             5400 seconds
The reason for this violation is that we add 2 minutes before and after the scheduled time. So, the additional 4 minutes creates the violation.
