    The Apogee contact was nominal for CMD & TLM. The sun maneuver was successful. The star tracker recovered from the outage. Sta Percent Valid is currently at ~65%. I set the static Z rate. The current spin rate is 4.180. the Bus ATS for Orbit 504 has been uplinked.
