    IBEX is in contingency mode due to the star tracker being occulated at the beginning of the inertial maneuver. The CAT Bed heaters were commanded off, the Trust counter was commanded to zero and the Kalman filter input was set to STA_PCT_VALID. Recovery will take place tonight @ 0400 gmt. The spacecraft bus looks nominal
