   The spacecraft is in contingency mode. IBEX went thru a BCR hard reset on 4 July 2020 @ 19:40gmt.During the pass I re-enabled and dumped the FC Back orbit buffer. I also disabled the reference power tracking mode. It displays voltage now. ACS is in High mode, the star tracker is off. I am in the process of scheduling some recovery contacts for tonight.
