All,

    The apogee pass was nominal for CMD and TLM. The Inertial maneuver was successful. I was able to command the downlink to 40k. The star tracker had reset in the back orbit. I executed Standing CAR #344 Reset FDC Totals and Response Latch Values. The star tracker had recovered nominally and the STA Percent valid was at 80.
