All,

   The pass was successful. We found that the KF sel source was set to ground control. We sent the commands to set the static Z rate and sent command to set the kalman filter to sta percent valid.

We deleted all timed commands and uplinked “IBEX_2019_287_o0464a_v002” 64 Cmds. Now we have 2 sun maneuvers for this orbit.  The SSC contact @ 291/0600 has been canceled. The next contact is 291/23:30 USHI01.
