    The perigee passes were nominal for CMD and TLM. The Sun precession maneuver was successful.

Completed part 3 of CAR # 1042 IBEX Hi background and Lo magneto tail season. The Hi is in background mode and Lo is in normal mode.

Dumped the SSR -> Dump new

Reser FDC totals

Reset Master Timer

Set the Static Z Rate from 4.18638 -> 4.15834
