The Apogee pass was nominal for CMD and TLM. Battery balancing and the Inertial maneuver were nominal.
During the Apogee pass for July 20 it was noted that ACS Uptime count had rolled over and continued incrementing from zero. The thruster on-time counts had not reset. Part 1 of CAR #1004 ACE Reset Recovery was executed to re-enable FDC
in the event that an actual ACE reset had occurred (S924 – OP31203). Step 2 of the CAR was not executed because the Static Z rate and Spin Rate were within family. The post-pass playback data was used to determine that the ACS Uptime had indeed only rolled
over and that an ACE reset had not occurred.
