Thanks Eric.

Counter roll overs are a good thing - it means IBEX operations continue well into the second decade.

Nigel

All,

The Apogee pass was nominal for CMD and TLM. Battery balancing and the Inertial maneuver were nominal.
During the Apogee pass for July 20 it was noted that ACS Uptime count had rolled over and continued incrementing from zero. The thruster on-time counts had not reset. Part 1 of CAR #1004 ACE Reset Recovery was executed to re-enable FDC in the event that an actual ACE reset had occurred (S924 – OP31203). Step 2 of the CAR was not executed because the Static Z rate and Spin Rate were within family. The post-pass playback data was used to determine that the ACS Uptime had indeed only rolled over and that an ACE reset had not occurred.

The following was completed:
July 15
Reset Master Timer

July 16
CAR #1049 Orbit #455 ATS, Uplinked 91 commands
Back-orbit Buffer Downlink

July 20
Back-orbit Buffer Downlink
