Attached are the 2 ATS’s for the APL contacts on orbit 452 & 453. The ATS for orbit #453 is the normal command sequence for an APL pass.
The ATS for Orbit 452 is different because we will turn on the transmitter and set the downlink rate to 320k. I talked to Tony Garcia about the change and because of the short duration of the contact he will adjust his scripts to compensate
for the change in the acquisition sequence. What he will do is start his script @11:22:00z. So when the IBEX transmitter turns on they will be configured for our 320k downlink. Note: we will not be receiving a full SSR dump. It takes ~35 minutes to dump the
25k blocks @320k. We will only have 25 minutes of contact time. So, over the next couple orbits, we will have to re-dump the missing blocks.
