All,
The Perigee passes were nominal for CMD and TLM and the inertial maneuver was successful. We dumped the SSR and set the read and write pointers to 70000. Between the 2 passes, the Star Tracker
went thru an autonomous reset. The time of the reset was Feb 10 @21:26:55z. During the second pass I reset the latch values and FDC totals (CAR #1023).

Reset FDC totals
CAR 1022 ATS upload – IBEX_2019_051_o0438a_v001 93 cmds
Dumped the Flight Computer Back Orbit data
