[Isocops] IBEX Goat Herder for October 15th and 16th 2024

All,
   The spacecraft is nominal, and the sun maneuver was successful. The orbit 666 ATS was uplinked. We had an issue with the 0600 USAK01 contact. At 10 minutes into the contact, we took a dropout and never did reacquire. We scheduled a state of health contact for 16 Oct @23:30:00 gmt AUWA01. The blind acq was successful and the spacecraft is nominal.
