[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 649 Schedule Request

Hi Tim and Sheral,

We have identified an issue with our USHI01 antenna transmit polarization switch (failed into LHCP).  It is currently undetermined how long this may take to get resolved.

We have rescheduled anything you all had off of USHI01 and onto our USHI02 antenna system for support through June.
