[Isocops] IBEX Orbit 624 Schedule request

Hi Tim,

We have scheduled the 2 USHI02 contacts.

The USAK01 contact could not be scheduled due to the antenna ACU upgrade that will still be happening (currently scheduled from Sept 12 (DOY255)- Oct 25 (DOY298)).
