[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #614 Version 2 ATS Approval (10 - 20 July 2023)

1.           Attached are the planning files for Orbit #614 Version 2. The ATS has been updated to version #2. The Battery balancing commands have been removed from this orbit. Since we did battery balancing on the last three orbits it was decided to skip this orbit and resume battery balancing on the next orbit. Please respond to this thread with comments and approvals. Approvals are required by COB, 30 June 2023
