All,
   The SSC was experiencing network problems during the USAK01 contact (10 Oct @ 06:30z). the contact was canceled due to the network issue. USN GYR Report number 278-1. We will receive a discrepancy report number later. On the USHI01 contact (10 Oct @14:30) the network had been restored. We were able to dump the SSR, reset the Master Timer and uplink both the Orbit 584 HGC ATS and Orbit 585 ATS.
