[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #589 LGC ATS Approval (26 Nov 2022)

All,

I have looked at the orbit 589 Lo gain test ATS,

IBEX_2022_329_o0589a_v001_LGC.scr,


and I approve.


The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,


IBEX_2022_329_o0589a_v001_lgc.stf.


The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test starts about 7 hours
after 15 Re ascending.
