There are multiple block ranges in these files too.  There are only two in
the new cortex2 files; 3 in the cortex3 files.  One of the ranges in these
files more closely corresponds to the expected block range.  However, there
are many missing block ranges in these files (as there were in the original
files).   And the processing of the files fails at some point.  We will
redump.
