[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #547 HTC & HTD ATS Approval (15 Nov, 2021) - v001 approvals

All,

I have looked at the orbit 547 Hi cross talk test ATS,

IBEX_2021_310_o0547a_HTC_v001.scr,

and Hi noise floor test ATS,

IBEX_2021_310_o0547a_HTD_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The commands in the v001 ATSs match those in the v001 STFs,

IBEX_2021_310_o0547a_v001_htc.stf

and

IBEX_2021_310_o0547a_v001_htd.stf.

Both tests will execute, as required, while we are in HVSTANDBY.
