[Isocops] IBEX Orbit #549 Lo Gain Cal ATS Approval (25 Nov, 2021) - v001 approval

All,

I have looked at the orbit 549 Lo gain test ATS,

IBEX_2021_329_o0549a_LGC_v001.scr,

and I approve.

The commands in the v001 ATS match those in the v001 STF,

IBEX_2021_329_o0549a_v001_lgc.stf.

The timing is such that, as planned, the gain test starts a few hours (about 7) after 15 Re ascending.
